Riff from Harper Adams University will Represent Young Enterprise UK in Riga, Latvia

Their company is built to address global food waste and the fibre deficiency in the average adult diet in the UK. Their high-fibre nutritious bars are healthy and tasty whilst also made with 25% of ‘upcycled’ ingredients.
