JA Europe and Intel are proud to announce the winners of The Entrepreneurial School Awards 2024. The winning schools are recognized for their exceptional commitment to entrepreneurship education at primary and secondary levels as well as in vocational education, empowering the generation of innovators and leaders. This year, a total of 32 schools across Europe receive The Entrepreneurial School Award 2024, with 11 vocational schools on the list.
Salvatore Nigro, CEO JA Europe, said upon the winners announcement:
The Entrepreneurial School Awards (TES Awards) showcase Europe’s best-in-class schools that equip youth with the right skillset and mindset to thrive and succeed. Schools and teachers are the core of our work in impacting the next generation. Their influence on youth extends far beyond the classroom walls and the duration of a school year. One-third of this year’s Entrepreneurial School Awards winners are vocational schools, where the implementation of entrepreneurship programs demonstrates their exceptional leadership in embracing change.
Michał Dżoga, Government Partnerships Director, EMEA Region at Intel said
These visionary schools and their educators change the lives of youth for the better, every day. We couldn’t be more grateful, and they deserve our full admiration. Entrepreneurship programmes should go hand in hand with digital skills development. Intel vision for education is to democratize the access to AI for everyone and we are prepared to support education systems around the world in this journey
The TES Award criteria include entrepreneurship education-related elements such as the active involvement of teachers and students, dedicated resources, community engagement, professional development, and integration of a European dimension. These schools encourage young minds to think innovatively and embrace their potential as future leaders and change-makers.
