The final of the National Student Entrepreneurship Competition of JA Hungary took place last week!
At the opening, Balázs Toldi, Head of Corporate Business at UniCredit Bank, welcomed the teams, highlighting the creativity, problem-solving thinking and dedication of young people, which play a key role in shaping the economy of the future.
This year’s field was once again extremely strong: the teams that reached the final worked on their projects for several months, developed their business concepts, and came to the competition with innovative solutions that reflect current problems.
At the end of the competition, after careful consideration, the professional jury chose the RECAF team of the Nyíregyháza SZC Széchenyi István Technical College and College as the winner! 🏆
The RECAF team has developed an environmentally friendly, compostable plant nutrient disc that recycles household waste in an innovative way, offering a sustainable solution for everyday life.
The victory is not only a recognition of hard work, but also the beginning of a new opportunity: the team can represent Hungary in the international field at the #Gen_E 2026 festival in Riga, where they can show the world their domestic innovation!
